How long does shipping take?
If the shipment is within the Iberian Peninsula (including Portugal), delivery will take between 24 and 48 business hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. For the Balearic Islands, delivery will take approximately 48 to 72 hours.
We will provide you with the tracking number for your package.
If the shipment is to the Canary Islands or any destination where customs clearance is required, in addition to the 2/3 days of transport, it may be delayed due to waiting time in customs management.
For European countries, transit time is 2-3 days ; for North and South America, 4-5 days.

How do I make an exchange or a return?
For exchanges and returns, please contact us by email at Sxia.shop@gmail.com , indicating your order number and the products you wish to return. If it's an exchange, please specify the size or color you need, and we'll tell you how to proceed.
How long do I have to make a return or exchange?
You have a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from when the item arrives at your home.
How are returns handled?
You will have 2 options for that.

- Choose whichever one you want.
The return must be delivered to our facilities; we will not come to collect it under any circumstances. Therefore, we recommend against using the postal service, as they often do not deliver packages to addresses, and it is important to have a tracking number.
Once received at our facilities and we have verified that the item is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund or process requested by the customer within a maximum period of 72 hours.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Therefore, processing times may take between 7 and 15 days.
Refunds for payments made via Bizum will be processed within a maximum of 72 hours.
The cost of the return with our courier is €5.99 which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
