Returns and refunds policy

At SXIA , if an item does not meet your expectations or quality standards, you can choose between a refund , an exchange for another item , or a voucher with no expiration date .


1. Notification Procedure

To process any return, you must notify us of your decision by email:

  • Notification period: Maximum 72 hours after receipt of the order.
  • IMPORTANT: The item must arrive at our facilities within a maximum of 14 calendar days for the return to be accepted.

2. Conditions per Collection

Collection Return/Exchange Conditions
Urban Changes allowed for any reason up to 14 days.
Ceremony Notification within 72 hours and 14 days to make the shipment.
Bride (Made to order) No exchanges or returns accepted (made to order).
Lingerie and Bath No exchanges or returns are accepted for hygiene reasons.
Christmas Party (DISCO) No changes or returns will be accepted after December 24th.

3. Logistics and Shipping Costs

Returns can be made in two ways:

  1. We'll send a courier to your home: We'll handle the pickup.
  2. Shipping at your own expense: You must deliver the package to our facilities. We recommend not using standard mail as they do not always deliver to your address; having a tracking number is essential.

Collection fees (Home courier):

  • Peninsula: €4.99. The amount is the same for shipping management if there is a return and refund.
  • Portugal: €5.99. If there is a refund, the charge is €5, and if there is a return, €5.99.
  • Balearic Islands: cash on delivery payments are not accepted and return shipping costs are the same as the shipping cost.
  • Canary Islands: Orders under €150 incur an additional customs fee of €20. Return shipping costs are the same as the original shipping cost plus the €25 customs fee. For refunds, there is a €4.99 handling fee.
  • Europe (France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg): €17.99. Returns cost the same as shipping and refunds are not accepted.
  • United Kingdom: €21.99. Returns cost the same as shipping and refunds are not accepted.
Clarification note (Free Shipping): For orders with free shipping, if the item is returned, the initial shipping cost (€4.99) plus the return shipping costs (€4.99) will be deducted from the refund.

4. Refunds and Non-Refundable Expenses

  • Shipping and handling fees: Original shipping costs and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Processing: Once the item has been received and verified, we will process the request within a maximum of 72 hours .
  • Refund times: The refund will be issued using the same original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
    • Bizum: Maximum 72 hours.
    • Cards / Other: Between 7 and 15 business days.

5. Secure Payment

The security of your data is our priority. Our platform uses an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate , which guarantees that all information transmitted between your browser and our server is encrypted using a 128-bit algorithm.

This ensures that your personal and banking data is safe from tracking, copying, or decryption by third parties unrelated to the transaction.
